Free Fitness in the Park returns in October

Free Fitness in the Park returns in October 2015.

Following the success of Fitness in the Park earlier this year, another 4-week program provided by Snap Fitness Woodville will start in October.

These sessions will be a mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises with some stretching to finish.

Each session will vary from week to week and is suitable for people attending at any time, while providing for regular participants to progress their fitness levels.

The program will focus on educating participants in fitness and is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

The sessions are FREE and open to all residents and neighbours of The Square. They will be held at The Square in the park on the corner of Todville Street and Sweeney Terrace.

Drop in for any class – you don’t need to commit to all of the sessions. We’d love to see you there!
