Fitness in the Park - Free Training sessions for Summer!

Feeling a little pear-shaped? Join us Saturdays mornings at the Frank Mitchell Reserve and get in Square shape!

In conjunction with Snap Fitness, we’re offering free weekly group training sessions for men and women of all ages and ability levels.

All are welcome! Whether you’re a resident at the Square, or just looking for an active start to your weekend, we’d absolutely love to have you along.
No registration is necessary, simply join us at 8am for an hour of fun, friends, and fitness. All equipment is provided — just make sure you wear some loose comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

Just by attending you can enter the draw each week for your chance to win two private training sessions courtesy of Snap Fitness!

Fitness in the Park is being run every Saturday until February 3rd—excluding 30th December— on the back-pitch at Frank Mitchell Reserve (corner of Todville Street and Elizabeth Street).

Classes are subject to change dependent on weather and turnout.

Things to remember:

Registration is not essential!
Please arrive at 7.45am for an 8.00am start.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.
Bring a towel or workout mat if you have one (not essential).
Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.
If new to exercise, please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
Please consult with the Trainers before the class if you have any health or injury concerns.
Start slow if you’re new to fitness. Please don’t push your body too hard, too soon.
Please note, classes are subject to change dependent on the number of participants and weather permitting.
